About me
I am a PhD student at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, supervised by Thomas Kahle.
My research focuses on monomial and binomial ideals, particularly signed binomial edge ideals. I study how the combinatorics of signed graphs is reflected in the free resolutions and homological invariants of the associated ideals.
I use Macaulay2 for computations and am also interested in formalizing mathematics with Lean.
Besides mathematics
Outside of mathematics, I enjoy music, especially classical music, and play the piano and alto saxophone. I also like hiking, running, cycling, and skiing, as well as reading and going to the cinema.
